fast delivery
Delivery will be Fast by e-mail in PDF format. The Adobe Reader can read and print this out. Available at Adobe for Free.  You will be assigned a unique password to open the PDF. These plans are copywritten and you will receive a permission to use the plans for one house. Multiple licenses are available at a reasonable fee. You may print as many copies as you need for bidding and construction. Printing can be done at your local blueprint shop or at Kinko's.

costs comparisions

Typically, an Architect designed set of plans for a 1600 sf house plus garage costs, 4% -12% of the cost of construction, $5220.00.  A Building Designer custom drawn plans cost $800.00 (econonomy)- $1800.00 (mid-level quality).  Stock plan suppliers would charge you from $500.00-$1000.00 for these plans.

Please contact your local Building & Planning Department to verify the requirements of your jurisdiction prior to ordering plans. Modifications may be required due to differences in regional climates and local design requirements.  Plans and Prints.com allows competent local contractors or other building professionals to modify drawings as needed to meet code requirements and owners preferences. In many cases modifications only require only some additional nailing, a better strap or a wider footing.
